Too Shocking, SS Student Stabs Colleague To Death

It is a shocking story but a Senior Secondary School student (SS student) has stabbed her female colleague to death.

The tragedy happened at Akoko Anglican Grammar School, Arigidi, in Akoko North West area of Ondo state.

There, Habib Salau was stabbed by a female colleague, identified, as Sandra, following a scuffle.

Journalists in Akure, the state capital, heard from an eyewitness how a scuffle ensured between the two, though the source of misunderstanding was not immediately known.

“It was during the fight that the suspect stabbed the deceased with a knife that led to death.

“The body of the deceased has been deposited at the Specialist Hospital, mortuary, in Ikare”, the source told newsmen.

The incident was too shocking on the students they could not comment, but instead, were discussing it in their groups.

The principal of the school could not be reached for comments.

A teacher whose name could not be ascertained however described the incident as a tragic one.

Further checks showed that the police was already aware of the incident, with the state police spokesperson, Funmi Odunlami, saying it had been transferred to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
