– Daniel Obinim, also known as Bishop Obinim or Angel Obinim who was born on the 29th of August, 1977

He once allegedly tried to fly to heaven during one of his church services. He said he was going to visit God in heaven and in a video that has gone viral on social media, the self acclaimed angel of God, was seen opening his arms and preparing himself to be airlifted

In a video which is spreading like wildfire on social media, the man of God had been seen spanking his wife’s heavily endowed backside, in a manner which has left many amazed over their relationship.

• In 2014 Obinim was seen on television stepping on the belly of a woman in a “deliverance” ritual. This led the Amnesty International in Ghana to call for his prosecution for assault.
• According to the man of God, he cannot fathom why wives and husbands will be monitoring each other just because they might have sex with someone else, when the exercise cannot last more than ten minutes.
  He queried: “How many hours does sex last? how many minutes does sex last? So those who follow their husbands and wives when they go out, I see it that you are fooling yourself. Sex doesn’t last long and can even sit in a car and do it within seconds. Sex can last for only 10 minutes” he asserted.

• The attachment of the word “Angel”to his name followed his reiterations that he was one. In 2016, he told his church he could transform himself and others into objects and animals.

• He had once confessed that Pastor T.B Joshua of Nigeria is his mentor. On this he added: “The person I took as a mentor when I was never gifted with the angelic powers was TB Joshua. This is an open secret to all my church members. In 2013 when Prophet Emmanuel Badu Kobi came to by church for the launch of my wife’s album he also prophesied in that respect and we rose and clapped

He, however, observed that upon receipt of the angelic powers, he digressed from pursuing the dream similar of that of TB Joshua because he is more powerful and can do wonderful things that any man of God on earth.

• In August 2016, he publicly flogged two teenagers, one of whom was pregnant, on live television, accusing them of fornicating and conspiring to abort a pregnancy.

• He had once been seen arguing with invisible creatures, who he disclosed to be his master in the heavenly realm and Angel Gabriel. He was to tell his congregation afterwards that he was being interrogated by the master for a task he and his partner, Angel Gabriel, could not fully complete.
