The Problem I have With RudeBoy –Peter P-square

Peter Okoye, one half of the defunct Nigerian music duo P-Square, has opened up on the problem that he had with his twin brother, Paul Okoye, also known as RudeBoy.

He spoke in a letter the letter, accusing Paul of prioritising his personal success over the legacy of P-Square as a group.

This manifests in Paul usually trying to take credit for the success of the group, and constantly discrediting his contributions to their  musical success.

Mentioning “Get-Squared,” “Bizzy Body,” and “Personally” as examples, he said Paul was usually allocating the credit of those creative creations to himself.

The same penchant , he said also played up in the way in the way his twin half has tended to talk about the success of their collab song “EjeaJo”.

In the open letter, he also touched on the issue of the P-square as a brand vis avis the legal entanglements that surrounded it.
