Organisers of the much-expected Children’s Fun Fair & Security Exhibition 2026 say they are fine-tuning logistics towards a fulfilling experience for all attendees.
These they say include children from across different schools, families, security outfits, exhibitors, sponsors, conference speakers with an award session to children and security-friendly organisations.
A release by Obiageli Nnajiofor-Uyi, Chief Executive Officer of Priority Media Limited, which is partnersing The Impressa Eagle Ventures to organise the event, says it is a two-edged event, whereby, while experts are discussing safety and security, sponsor-companies are showcasing their brands at the pavilions and booths, while children have fun with slides, scatters and other such gadgets in the amusement area.
“It is an annual social-impact initiative slated for November 18 and 19 at the Nigerian Institute of Journalism Ogba complex, dedicated to creating safer and smarter environments for Nigerian children to live, learn, play and grow”, she says.
“It will bring together children, schools, government institutions, security agencies, educators, technology providers, corporate organisations and other stakeholders in an attempt to discuss the problems and proffer solutions.
“There is an expected attendance of approximately 1,500 participants to the Safety and Security Conference, Children’s Fun Fair and Products Exhibition, and this includes children aged 5–17, parents, educators and invited stakeholders, and will be capped with The Eagle Awards ceremony in recognition of children-friendly individuals and brands

“Aside physical attendees, the proceedings will be screened live aiming to reach several more participants online” she added
According to Nnajiifor-Uyi, the conference could not have come at a better time than now given the safety and security challenges contending against efforts aimed at securing children’s future.
“We call it the first of its kind and it truly is.
“The Children’s Fun Fair & Security Exhibition cum Eagle Awards will not be just wild discussions on the challenges, but one which will also recommend solutions to identified security challenges.
” That is why we are bringing together all key stakeholders.
“Children, parents and school administrators will provide perspectives; governments and traditional rulers, security agencies and counsellors speak, and together they proffer solutions going forward.

“And then all those who are contributing towards our children’s safety and welfare, through financial contributions, mentorship programmes and quality brands will receive commendations through presentation of valued plaques and trophies in awards ceremony”.
She described the event as an ideal leverage for commercial banks, microfinance banks, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCGs) companies, security companies, oil companies and philanthropic organisations.
“It will be a memorable outing for all.
Attendance is free, and then there would be music and dance; quizzes and games, comedies and jokes and lots of free takeaways.
“For banks that have Children’s products, oil companies, and children’s products FCMGs, there can’t be a better leverage opportunity than this.
“It is like identifying with the future indeed”, she said in the release.
