Presidential Hopeful, Ajadi Congratulates Sir Adebutu On NIJ Fellowship Award

A presidential hopeful in the 2023 general election, Mr Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo, has sent a message of congratulation to business icon and philanthropist, Sir Kesington Adebutu, on his conferment of a Fellowship Award.
The award was conferred on Sir Kesington Adebutu at a glamourous ceremony at the Muson Centre Lagos last Thursday, by the Nigerian Institute of Journalism (NIJ) as part of its Golden Jubilee Special Convocation.
Ajadi, who was one of the respected dignitaries that graced the occasion, told journalists that the award was deserved given the recipient’s series of humanitarian gestures.
He said NIJ as a reputable institution for the training of journalists, also did well in recognizing Adebutu, adding that the gesture would spur other good-spirited Nigerians.
According to the politician, Sir Kesington Adebutu’s bold footprints dot the Nigerian humanitarian landscape in a manner deserving acknowledgment..

He described Sir Adebutu as a testament in doggedness and industry given when he started his entrepreneurial endeavours that transformed him to the humanitarian that he had become.
“The giving of the conferment of Fellowship Award to the right character by the Nigerian Institute of Journalism has shown that the institute has not derailed from what is known for which is the production of fearless and unbiased journalists.
“I join other well-meaning people to congratulate Sir Adebutu.
“I also say kudos to the NIJ for its great works”, Ajadi said.
