If you are interested in joining the Nigerian Army this might just be the opportunity that you have been waiting for.

This is because it has scheduled a computer-based pre-selection examination for two commissions this year for November 14.

Information gathered by The Eagle, shows that examination for commissions into the “short service combatant 47/2021” and “direct short service commission 26/2021”, of the Nigerian Army have been scheduled to hold in 15 centres across the nation.

Candidates who had been following the process are therefore advised to check their registered email, phone numbers and visit:

Furthermore, the authorities of the Army urges the shortlisted persons to check their website at www.recruitment.army.mil.ng for names of shortlisted candidates from 1.00am on 10 November 2020.

On the other hand, such candidates could check phone numbers, even as all shortlisted candidates have been allotted new examination and seat numbers.

Such shortlisted candidates are expected to report to the centres at the times indicated against their names to sit for the examination, and candidates will not be allowed to write the examination in any centre or session other than that allotted to the candidate on the portal.

The release added that the state centres selected by candidates have been grouped into zonal examination centres.

Details of the grouping which constitute each zonal examination centre are shown on the portal.

A statement issued by the director of army public relations, Col Sagir Musa, says any list gotten outsides its website is not valid.

AS much as candidates are to note the specific sessions and time for the examination as stated against their names for strict compliance, they are expected to come come alone bringing only the following:

Photocopy of their application Photo Card, means of Identification – National ID Card, International passport or driver’s license; face masks and three copies of current passport photograph.
