Nigerian Army Begins 2026 Recruitment, See Application Details

The Nigerian Army has opened its portal for recruitment into its Direct Short Service Commission Course 29/2026.

This was contained in a statement on its social media platforms accessed by our correspondent.

It thus urged eligible Nigerians to apply for commission as officers.

According to the statement, successful applicants would be commissioned into specialised corps of the Nigerian Army.

The notice listed areas where the recruits could be deployed to include:

1. Nigerian Army Engineers
2. Nigerian Army Signals,
3. Nigerian Army Medical Corps
4. Nigerian Army Electrical and Mechanical Engineers, and
5. Nigerian Army Education Corps.
