Jude Bellingham Set 2024 Targets After Emulating CR7 at Real Madrid 

The Real Madrid phenom Jude Bellingham has set his aims for 2024, saying he wants to win “many titles” and keep scoring goals.

Following his €103 million (£89 million/$114 million) signing from Borussia Dortmund, the England international midfielder has been a revelation for the Blancos. He has made 21 games and scored 17 goals, often surpassing Cristiano Ronaldo’s output. He is the proud recipient of the Golden Boy and Kopa trophies.

Bellingham’s life could not be going any better, but he shared with the “Universe Real Madrid: United Kingdom” documentary his goals for the coming year: “For 2024 I ask for many titles, goals and help the team win the game. And enjoy being a Real Madrid player. Working at Real Madrid requires a certain level of quality and mentality, and to have this responsibility feels like a huge privilege to me. Every day I come I try to work hard to be the best. The goal when you come to Real Madrid is to win everything.”

Bellingham, who formerly wore Zinedine Zidane’s former No. 5 shirt at Santiago Bernabeu, has never been one to back down from a challenge. In addition, he embraced pressure: “I feel very proud of my number, of working with this coaching staff, and of this badge. I think it can all be summed up with the word ‘privilege’. Not many players have the opportunity to play for such a big club.

Real Madrid will return to action on January 3 when they host Mallorca, after currently enjoying a winter vacation. With a shoulder issue that could eventually need surgery, Bellingham will be hoping to play a significant role in that fixture.
