Inside Lionel Messi’s New Mansion Worth $10.75 Million in Florida (Photos & Video)
Inter Miami star, Lionel Messi has purchased a new mansion in Fort Lauderdale, Florida worth $10.75 million.
The gated neighborhood of Bay Colony is home to the 10,486 square foot mansion at 91 Compass Lane. It has a three-car garage, a pool, two piers, and eight bedrooms along with 912 bathrooms.
Additionally, it is close to the Inter Miami stadium. Messi joined Inter Miami in July after representing his country Argentina to win the World Cup in December. David Beckham, Jorge and José Mas, as well as other investors, own the team.

The 1988-built house has 170 feet of lakefront, 0.44 acres of land, and a cul-de-sac location. Designer Lori Morris developed it, and Florida Design magazine published an article on it.
The home opens with a 27-foot-high domed ceiling, and also features a chef’s kitchen, a home gym and spa, an entertaining lounge, a home office and a massive 1,600-square-foot main bedroom suite.
Samuel and Donna Simpkin, of Compass, repped Messi. The sellers, John and Stacy Dickerson, paid $9 million for it in May 2022.
