INEC Authenticates NNPP Ogun Candidates, Oladayo & Oyetunde

INEC Authenticates NNPP Ogun Candidates – It was a moment of excitement within The New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) Ogun family recently, when the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) authenticated two of its candidates.
The two candidates authenticated by the commission are Badmus Oladayo and Abiola Oyetunde, who are seeking to represent Abeokuta South Constituency 1 and Ado Odo Ota Constituency 1 respectively, in the state assembly.
A letter from INEC authenticating the two candidates read in part:

Your letter received on 25th day of November, 2022, wherein you requested the commission to correct the names of Badmus Oladayo and Abiola Oyetunde nominated by New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) as its candidates for Abeokuta South Constituency 1 and Ado Odo Ota Constituency 1 respectively for the 2023 general election refers.
“Please note that the names Badmus Oladayo and Abiola Oyetunde were published as submitted by the party in Form EC9E. A copy of the EC9E is attached
“Accept the assurances of the commission’s high regards.
The letter was signed by Rose Onaran-Anthony secretary to the commission.
The Eagle reports that as INEC authenticates NNPP Ogun candidates,
more vigour is expected in its quest to take over rulership at various strata of society in the upcoming elections.
From the Ogun flank, the chairmanship of Comrade Oginni Sunday Olaposu, and gubernatorial impetus of Ambassador Olufemi Ajad Oguntoyinbo, have remained phenomenal, drawing more members and expanding the political frontiers of the party.
