Ikeja Electric has restated its commitment to human capital development as a way of improving the technical competences of its workforce.

The company stated this resolve at a a one-day intensive training session on October 8, 2025, which it held in collaboration with the Licensed Electrical Contractors Association of Nigeria (LECAN).

The training which ran under the theme “Electrical Safety and Best Practices in the Electrical Industry” was attended by 100 participants.

The participants included field technicians and electrical professionals, for an engaging and practical learning experience.

Key topics handled, included Safety Procedures, Alternative Power Integration, and Electrical Installation Standards, and these availed participants valuable insights into electrical safety protocols, grid connection risk management, and industry-compliant installation techniques.
