I Would Like To Play Alongside Raphinha Again – Bruno Fernandes Reveals
Bruno Fernandes has revealed that he would like to play alongside Raphinha at Manchester United, amid a lackluster start to life at Barcelona.
Last summer, it was said that United wanted to sign the Brazilian, but nothing came of it. However, rumors of an early departure have been circulating since he failed to establish himself as a regular starter at Camp Nou, and his old teammate has just added to the rumors in an interview.
The synergy between me and him was pretty fantastic, according to Fernandes, who noted that the two players got along well on the field.
“Although I wasn’t on the field with him for a long time at Sporting, I still thought of him as a teammate who would sacrifice everything for me,” he continued.

Raphinha and Fernandes spent one season playing for Sporting CP together before the latter left. It’s obvious that Fernandes values Raphinha highly despite their brief interaction.

His remarks come as Raphinha struggles to make a name for himself in Barcelona. Although he has contributed to six goals across all competitions, the Brazilian winger seems to be lagging Ousmane Dembele in the team’s hierarchy.
As the Catalan powerhouses continue their quest for a league championship, the forward will continue to compete for a spot in Barcelona’s starting lineup.
