I Will Not Hesitate To Deal With You If….Governor Warns

I will not hesitate to deal with anyone of you in this party found to be working against its interest, a governor warns members of the cabinet.

In particular, the governor warns that as the ambassador of the party that the others should be aligning with him towards the good of the party, especially against the background of the upcoming elections.

Governor Abdullahi Sule of Nasarawa State gave the warning today while speaking with political appointees, saying he would not hesitate to use the stick for erring appointees.

The meeting was with members of his campaign council, Chairmen of Local Government Areas, Executive Council Members, Special Advisers, , Overseers of Development Areas, members of the state working committee of the party.

“I want to tell you first politely that, that is not right but I want to tell you on the other way that if I find somebody doing that, I will not mind using the stick instead of just the carrot.

“I think that is the right thing for me to do, I cannot be a leader while things like these are happening and I just look the other way,” he stated.

He said as ambassadors of the party, nothing less than 100 per cent loyalty was expected of them, and that that he is out to ensure.

’“We represent this party, we are the eyes of this political party. We are the ones that promote this political party.

“None of us should be seen promoting another party outside APC, If we do that, we are not being fair to the party and ourselves,”

Governor Sule said total loyalty was expected of the party members especially against the background of the impending visit, to the state January 14, of the Presidential candidate of the party, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, for his Presidential rally.

All of them are to do whatever they could to ensure that proposed campaign went well, he admonished them.
