How Unknown Gun Men Reportedly Killed Singer, Slami Ifeanyi In…

On Sunday, Nigerian singer, Slami Ifeanyi, was reportedly shot dead in Anambra State by Unknown Gun Men.

It was gathered that the 31-year-old former Mr Anambra Universe was driving alone in his newly acquired Lexus 330, when he was attacked and killed at Umubere, Awka area.

Although we don’t know why he was attacked it looks like a targeted attack by yet-to-identified gunmen.

Reactions trailed the singer’s demise as fans took to social media to share their condolences messages to the deceased family, while some sought the need for justice to be served.

While another Instagram user, onibeee reiterated the incident to be an assassination and with the right focus, justice might be served.

“My problem with Nigerians is the stigmatization they give Nigeria which one be Nigeria is failed state again. This is clearly a case of Assassination by someone he knows masked as UGM. I know the country isn’t in its best place but when we say things like this it deflects from the real situation. Face the story squarely and we might uncover the killer, blame Nigeria and we will never know who was behind this sad assassination,” the user stated.
