Coming from a poor background where he had to struggle to live by every day, he worked himself to the top as a successful entrepreneur and billionaire by being consistent and diligent in his dealings with work.

Dorume Oghenero was born into an Urhobo family in Ughelli South Local Government Area, Delta State.

Coming from a poor background where he had to struggle to live by every day, the graduate of Political Science and Public Administration at the University of Benin worked himself to the top as a successful entrepreneur by being consistent and diligent in his dealings with work.

Dorume Oghenero is the Chairman and CEO Nero-City Oil & Gas Nigeria Limited, including other chains of business within and outside Delta State. He struggled to get everything required to survive, with many responsibilities shouldered on him, and he worked to raise his younger siblings right.

He has been widely recognized because of his humanitarian assistance to several communities in his hometown and many individuals in Urhobo land, Delta State and Nigeria.

Although he has funded so many NGO projects, he was not satisfied. This is evident in his relentless efforts towards raising and elevating people who are impoverished as well as providing empowerment, and financial and material support to the less privileged within his reach. These he finds fulfillment in doing.
