The message of fitness exercises for healthy living is taking firmer roots in many more hearts, albeit neighbourhoods.

The wife of the Governor of Delta State and Founder of the You Matter Charity Foundation, Mrs Tobore Oborevwori, just made a bold statement about it.

This is by way of unveiling a fitness exercise initiative for women in the state, hoping to use this to stir up increased healthy living awareness.

Using the auspices of her “You Matter Walk for Life”, she aspires to inculcate regular fitness exercises in the healthy living etiquette of Delta women.

According to Mrs Oborevwori, its aim is to  promote healthy living and community connection across the state.

It has also entered the routine of many corporate entities prioritising both productivity and staff wellbeing.
