Financial Intelligence Vibes From The Streets Of Lagos

If there is one trending principle of survival in Nigeria currently, it is financial intelligence.

It is so because the language of the economy has drastically changed and anyone desiring to cope must imbibe this street vibe of financial Intelligence.

What is even financial intelligence and what are the implications for Nigerians?
