2023 Presidency: We're Here To Do What's Right, Says Tinubu

The National leader of the All Progressive Congress, APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu has called on Nigerians not to accept the apology of the People’s Democratic Party, PDP, on voting them back into power.
Tinubu, made this known on Thursday when speaking at the 10th Bola Tinubu Colloquium.
The APC chieftain, had likened PDP to the case of a thief who is only begging because he was caught in the act, said that the party looted the nation dry
It can be recalled that earlier this week, the PDP had called for the forgiveness of Nigerians over its mistakes.
The National chairman of the party, Prince Uche Secondus made the call at the public discourse on contemporary politics and governance in Nigeria, organized by the PDP in Abuja.
“We admit that we have made several mistakes; we have passed through all our challenges and have acquired the experience no other party can boast of.
“We were sanctioned by Nigerians at the polls in 2015; let me use this opportunity to apologise for our past mistakes. It is the honest thing to do, a legacy to transfer to our children; we cannot continue like that.
“When we make mistakes, we should come out boldly to the people and apologise. It is important to do so because we have learnt from our mistakes unlike the All Progressive Congress (APC) that will make mistakes and lie to cover it” he had said
