Here is the dollar to Naira exchange rate today, December 30, 2025, to guide you in your trading, purchase and currency transfer decisions
The Naira exchange rate is as obtained from both the official and black markets.
For example, the Naira recorded a slight appreciation at the Nigerian Foreign Exchange Market (NFEM), exchanging for N1, 448.03 per dollar. This is against the N1, 455.39, it traded a day earlier with analysts seeing this as a sign of stabilization in the exchange rate of the national currency.
At the Parallel Market, commonly known as the black market, which also has its favourite patrons, the national currency was exchanging for between N1, 720 and N1, 735 to the dollar.
The importance of knowing Dollar to Naira exchange rate today, and in fact, all currency rates, cannot be overemphasised.

While it guides policy makers, especially the regulatory agencies as to policy direction, it also puts all other end users of the Naira, the Dollar, the Pound Sterling and more, in a better investment and trading positions.
This is especially the case at this period of the year, when there is usually a lull in production activities overall, against a spike in family household spendings in celebrating the yuletide.
An observation is a continued narrowing of the differential between the official and black market rates.
