Dollar To Naira Exchange Rate Today, 16th September, 2022

Dollar to Naira exchange rate today, 16th of September, 2022 is set at N714.28.$1, according to the peer-to-peer (P2P) currency segment.
Compared to N714.30/$1 the local currency concluded the previous trading session in the P2P segment, the Naira appreciated against its counterpart.
A different story applied In the Investors and Exporters Window (I & E) as the Nigerian currency opened at N434.75/$1 to close at N436.33/$1, compared to the N430.50/$1 it closed in the previous exchange session. Thus, Naira slumped by 0.04 per cent.
Meanwhile, the Naira sustained a flat trade in the black market segment to sell at N710/$1 today. This is according to currency traders in Lagos.

Naira further slumped at the official Central Bank of Nigeria’s (CBN) foreign exchange segment. The Nigerian currency stood at N429.38/$1 as against N429.11 it concluded on Wednesday, indicating a change of 0.06 per cent against the local currency.
On the other hand, eight digital currencies have slumped recording harsh bearish movement in the past 24 hours of trade. Bitcoin falls back below the $20,000 benchmark, while Ethereum records the highest fall in the value chain.
Bitcoin (BTC) fell by 2.19% to sell at $19,715.98, Ethereum (ETH) fell by 9.29% to sell at $1,456.89, Litecoin (LTC) slumped by 8.02% to sell at $55.25, Bitcoin Cash (BCH) depreciated by 2.42% to close at $116.9 per coin.
IOTA fell by 3.06%) to sell at $0.2594, XRP fell by 4.47% to sell at $0.325, ADA fell by 3.51% to sell at $0.459 and
DSH fell by 1.95% to sell at $43.79.
