Bullion Records Boss, Ambassador Ajadi Upbeat As He Leads GyC East Africa Tour

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Bullion Records, Ambassador Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo, was full of enthusiasm yesterday even as his company continued a musical tour.

The tour which would touch on South Africa, Kenya and Mozambique this time, is part of the activities to showcase the musical talents of Nigeria’s performance impresario, GyC.

The act, whose real name, is Fortune Kingsley, recently landed an impressive music promotion collaboration with Bullion Records, and Ambassador Ajadi, driven by his trade-mark passion, is giving it his all.

It is coming on the heels of a similar musical voyage to the West Coast of Africa where Bullion Records was able to reignite the love for native musical vibes.

“GyC’s music resonates with audiences across different regions, and we are thrilled to bring his talent to Southern and East Africa”, Ambassador Ajadi, who himself has explored with music at his earlier ages, said..

“We have a commitment to support indigenous talents across the performing arts and we are happy launching it out with GyC”, he told The Eagle correspondent.

Aside delivery quality musical composition to the expected army of fans, the tour will further expand the label’s growing influence on the African continent.

Beginning from September 16 to October 8, 2024, it berths first in Kenya from September 16 to 24, followed by shows in South Africa from September 24 to 30, before culminating in Mozambique, where GyC will perform from October 1 to 8.

Providing additional background to the tours, Managing Director of Bullion Records, Mr. Femi Elegbede Ajibola, said:

“This is more than just a tour; it’s a movement to connect with our brothers and sisters across Africa. We want to strengthen the bonds of music, culture, and collaboration,” said Mr. Ajibola.

The artist GyC summed his expectation thus: “I am beyond excited to bring my music to Southern and East Africa.

“Performing in Kenya, South Africa, and Mozambique is a dream come true. These countries have rich musical histories, and I look forward to connecting with the fans and sharing my sound with them,” GyC said.

The tour will feature live performances of his popular single, “Woman,” along with his new hit, “Mailo” from his discography.

Following up on those, Ambassador Ajadi said: “Bullion Records is dedicated to fostering African unity through music, and GyC is the perfect ambassador for this mission.
