By Cami Ezenwa
Nigerian-based company, Bullion Go-Neat Global Limited, has lived true to its name, earning a United Kingdom certification that has further launched her into global business reckoning.
She is now officially registered as Bullion Records, Sports, and Industries Limited under the Companies Act 2006, following incorporation as a private limited company in England and Wales on November 20, 2024.
This certification, confirmed by the Registrar of Companies for England and Wales, enables Bullion Records to legally operate in the UK, marking a pivotal step in its international expansion.
The Eagle reports that the new business nomenclature encapsulates the various aspects of Bullion’s enterprise, and comes on the heels of its impressive diversification efforts recently, offering cutting edge services and churning out products of value into the market.
It is in recognition of the above that the company and its key executives would again, be receiving prestigious plaques and laurels at this year’s The Eagle Awards & Banquet, slated for December 20, 2024 at the Nigerian Institute of Journalism, Ogba Lagos.
While Chief Executive Officer, Ambassador Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo, would be receiving a grand entrepreneurship award, Bullion’s very popular brand, Coco Samba would be receiving the iconic “Brand of The Year” Award.
Reacting on the latest global registration, Ambassador said: “This certification by the Registrar of Companies for England and Wales is a major step forward.
“It marks the beginning of a new phase where we can operate in both local and international markets seamlessly”.
Ajadi said Bullion Go-Neat would now commence production of Coco Malt Drink; Coco Magic Energy Drink, and lubricant products, by 2025.
He also gave credit for the milestone to an innovative business strategy latched into by the company to keep producing only premium products in the market, applauding the initiative that would sustain exchange of goods of value between the UK and Nigeria.

With the latest feather, the company is already on its way to achieving a set vision of becoming a global leader in diverse but related industries.
It also aspires to play a leading, private sector role in fostering job creation and economic growth between the two countries.
