Obi Storms TREM – Presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Mr Peter Obi, this evening stormed the opening ceremony of The Redeemed Evangelical Mission (TREM)’s annual convention, Kingdom Life World Conference (KLWC) 2022.
The programme is holding at TREM’s international headquarters, The Cathedral of His Glory at Anthony Lagos.
Ob who was introduced amidst a loud ovation by Presiding Bishop, Dr Mike Okonkwo, immediately charged the congregation concerning next year’s election.
“Do not vote anybody because it is their turn, but vote people who have the interest of Nigerians at heart and who can serve, Obi advised the congregation.
“Do not vote tribe because tribe will not make the price of bread cheaper.

“Do not vote religion because religion does not make the price of bread cheaper”, he admonished advising the members to vote only those ready to work, and accept responsibility
The presidency of the country, he added did not need anyone who would come on and start making excuses or begin referring to the past, possibly as alibi for non-performance.
Instead, it needed somebody who truly had something to offer Nigerians.
Obi made reference to London where he said the Central Mosque there was built by the Queen, herself a non-Muslim asserting that excuses should not be tolerated by Nigerians in 2023.
The KLWC is the annual flagship programme of TREM and this year holds under the theme: “Exceeding Glory”,

It is a weeklong programme, which offers a lot of social and business spicing in addition to the word celebration delivered by anointed men and women of God.

Kudos!!! The Newsreport on ‘Peter Obi storms TREM’ is well covered and fast delivered. Though, in the spirit of balancing, I think it’s worth mentioning that ”In Saudi Arabia, an Emir built a cathedral and donated to the catholic church”, as disclosed by the Labour Party Presidential Candidate.
