Breaking: Davido’s fiancée, Chioma recovers from Coronavirus

There is good news from the camp of popular nigeian Afropop star, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido as his fiancée, Chioma has tested negative to COVID-19

The cheering news was announced by the star himself via his twitter handle,

Fans’ hearts skipped a bit March 27, when the news hit the airwaves, web-lines and print that Chioma had tested positive to the much dreaded virus, which has already accounted for deaths in frightening proportions across the globe.

In the twit yesterday, Davido asserted  that his fiancée had actually tested negative twice now.

“Glory be to God .. Chioma has now tested negative twice for Covid19 … Thank you all for prayers …. We love you .” was the tweet from Davido.

I feel Davido & his crew were irresponsible, he cancelled all his shows in USA, he knew what was going on. Only to come back to Lagos and be travelling everywhere. Chioma got back too and was everywhere with him. God help the poor people that came in contact with them.

I have not been tested, even though i may have been exposed to a confirmed case at the AMVCA but Davido and 32 people, who have no symptoms( a criteria for getting tested) got tested?

Davido cancelled his US tour…came back from the US and had a show or 2 in Nigeria….that was some very selfish reckless move.
