Breaking: Buhari Appoints Keyamo As Spokesperson 2019 Campaign

Senior lawyer and human rights attorney, Festus Keyamo, has been appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari, as the Director, Strategic Communications, (Official Spokesperson) for the presidential campaign.

This was contained in a statement signed and from the Secretary, office of the Director-General, President Muhammadu Buhari Campaign Organization, Mohammed Dattijo, on Tuesday, April 17.

Keyamo has been an ardent defender of the current administration.

The letter read in part “I am pleased to convey to you the decision of the President Muhammadu Buhari Campaign Organization to appoint you as Director, Strategic Communications in respect of the forthcoming campaigns for the 2019 Presidential Election,

“In your capacity, you are to be the Spokesperson for the campaigns during the nomination process and also the subsequent campaigns for the 2019 Presidential Elections”, the letter added.

The appointment letter noted Mr Keyamo will serve in that capacity both during the nomination and campaign periods.
