Beautiful Lady With Serious Bone Infection Cries Out For Help

A beautiful lady with serious bone infection has cried out to kind-hearted individuals and organisations for help.

Ayetigbo Grace took to her Linkedin account to share on the serious bone infection – Osteomyelitis – which she had battled for 7 years, and how her condition took a new turn on New Year’s day.

Her story is shared below in her own words:

“On December 31st, I shared my story on LinkedIn to celebrate being alive despite my health struggles.

I was ready for the New Year and had even scheduled two weeks of my posts to stay active here.

But everything changed on New Year’s Day.

As the world was stepping into the New Year, my health took a turn.

Because of a long-term bone infection, the metal implant in my arm has detached.

What was supposed to be a planned surgery has now become a life-threatening emergency.

For 7 years, I have lived with this infection (Osteomyelitis).

I have worked hard as a freelancer, typing with one hand to support my parents and save for my medical bills.

I have tried so hard to be independent.

Now, I am at a breaking point. Some screws have come loose from my bone, and the metal plates are falling off.

My doctor warned me that if I don’t get surgery immediately, I will lose my arm.

Losing my arm means losing my ability to work and provide for my family. I am scared, and I need your help.

Please help me save my arm.

No amount is too small”, she pleaded and went ahead to include a hospital report on the infection.
