Arsenal Consider Sensational Benzema Loan Move 

Arsenal are reportedly mulling over a sensational swoop on Al-Ittihad that would see them take Karim Benzema on a short-term loan agreement.

The Gunners are eager to bolster their offensive line during the January transfer window since Kai Havertz, Eddie Nketiah, and Gabriel Jesus have not yet proven themselves when given the chance to start at the front of the line in a 2023–24 campaign that still has a lot of potential.

TEAMtalk claims that Mikel Arteta might set up a spectacular deal for former France international Karim Benzema. After winning the Ballon d’Or in 2022, the 36-year-old left European football to move to the Middle East with his former Real Madrid teammate, Cristiano Ronaldo.

Chelsea is another team still searching for a reliable No. 9, and Manchester United has also been linked to Benzema, though an approach there is seen to be improbable. They might represent the biggest threat to Arsenal, their rivals in London, should Benzema’s trade be completed.

Arsenal would also be interested in Ivan Toney because he is a forward with Premier League experience, but any move including the Brentford forward would not be inexpensive. According to reports, this is forcing the Gunners to think about band-aid fixes, with Benzema suddenly taking front stage in their minds.
