ANYRI Empowers Hotelier With N2m For Enterprise Revival

ANYRI, an acronym which stands for the All Nigeria Youths Reoriented Initiative has empowered an enterprising youth,  Mr Emmanuel Adeola  Omofouman, with N2million, to revive his enterprise.

ANYRI Leader Mr. Olufemi Ajadi Oguntoyinbo, said the support was to help the beneficiary revive his comatose hotel business, located in Abiodun area of Shomolu Lagos.

Ajadi, known for supporting people with wealth-creating initiatives  told The Eagle on the sidelines of the presentation that the decision to empower the hotelier was informed by the fact that the hotel once revived, would create job opportunities for youths and also add to the economy.

Ajadi said the onset of COVID-19 affected the circumstances of the outlet warranting its shutting, expressing the optmisim that his intervention would help bring the business to life.

“Mr Emmanuel Adeola  Omofouman is a very loyal member of ANYRI who has been working tirelessly for the growth of the organisation; that is one of the reasons his plea to be empowered was not ignored,” he said.

“I am pleased that another person has joined the long list of  those who have benefited from within ANYRI besides the non-members who have always been main beneficiaries of any organised empowerment by the organisation.”

In interview, Mr. Omofouman said  he would ever remain grateful to Almighty God for using Mr. Ajadi as his economic redeemer, adding that reviving dead business with the sum of 2million Naira at this period of economic difficulties was worth talking about.

He the hotel originally named ‘Cribs Lodge and Bar’ had now become ‘Irenian Hotel’, adding that it was not just a change in name, but also in structure, and services rendered.

“I thank Mr. Olufemi Ajadi for his uncommon positive gestures in my life. I am happy that I have returned to the business which I understand most and I pray that the COVID-19 should be wiped out within a short period of time for the business to strive officially,” he said.

He added that it was motivating to realize that a once dead business was coming back to life due to the kind gesture of an individual, praying for God to bless the society with more kindhearted Nigerians.
