Al-Nassr Head Coach Rudi Garcia Breaks Silence On Ronaldo Transfer Speculation

Rudi Garcia, the manager of Al-Nassr, has replied to rumors that Cristiano Ronaldo would join his team in a staggering €400 million deal.

Ronaldo is currently without a club after departing Manchester United prior to the World Cup 2022 due to an inflammatory interview in which he disparaged the team and manager Erik ten Hag.

There have been rumors that the forward may join Al-Nassr in Saudi Arabia, but the Portugal captain denied a €400 million agreement had been reached earlier this month. Garcia, the manager of Al-Nassr, has now been questioned about the rumors.

“If you want to ask me about Cristiano Ronaldo, I’ll tell you right away,” he told the Gazzetta dello Sport. “You know me, I’m not talking about this story. Let’s wait. Our championship is about to start again.”

Ronaldo has had a challenging few weeks, which include his departure from United and a poor World Cup. When Portugal lost to Morocco in the quarterfinals, manager Fernando Santos decided to sit the top player for the final two games.
