Pulisic Sets New UCL Record With Goal Against Newcastle 

AC Milan star Christian Pulisic has become the first USMNT player to score for three different clubs in the Champions League.

The American international is used to creating history in the biggest football competition in Europe. He made history in 2021 when he helped Chelsea win the European championship, becoming the first man from his nation to compete in and win a Champions League final.

He moved from Stamford Bridge to San Siro in the summer of 2023, and he has since made a name for himself on the biggest stage. The 25-year-old forward has made an impression in Italy, as Milan has welcomed the frequent opportunities that were denied to him in London.

Pulisic was back among the goals in his latest Champions League outing – rewriting the record books in the process. He hit the net in a must-win meeting for Milan with Premier League giants Newcastle, as a late rally from the Rossoneri saw them prevail 2-1 and snatch the consolation prize of a place in the Europa League.

Pulisic has now achieved what none of his fellow countrymen have managed, as he has found the target while representing Borussia Dortmund, Chelsea and AC Milan. He will not have any more Champions League games to take in this season, but European honours remain up for grabs.
