#NigeriaElections2023: The Ogun State gubernatorial candidate of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP) today joined other Nigerians to exercise his franchise.

Ajadi, accompanied by his wife, Oyindamola, voted at polling unit 027 Adebimpe, Ofada Ward, Ogun State.

He later told The Eagle that though there was calm in the neigbourhood enabling people to come out without fear or intimidation, but that the NNPP was shortchanged.

:The first observation is that the INEC offocials did not arrive on time for the election.

“Also, it is discouraging that our party name did not appear on the ballot paper, only the logo, and that is not totally good.

“Any way, we will direct our observations to the right quarters”.

Ajadi equally called on the electorate to continue to come out and exercise their franchise irrespective of initial hitches.

According to him, nothing good comes easy and challenges faced in the course of the election should not deter the electorate from ensuring that their will is done at the end of the day.
