2023: Tinubu’s Presidency Could Best Manage Our Diversity – Ganduje

Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje, has said that the All Progressives Congress Presidential flagbearer, Bola Tinubu, is not an experimental president and could be the best candidate to manage Nigeria’s diversity.

The governor made the statement while accepting an award from the National Coalition of Tinubu Support Groups Worldwide, the national directorate, which consists of chapters from Nigeria, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, Germany, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, Oman, and the United Arab Emirates. The award was given to the governor for his instrumental role in Tinubu’s victory in the party’s primary election.

This information is included in a statement submitted by Mohammad Garba, the Kano State Commissioner for Information, which was made accessible to The Punch in Kano on Saturday.

He claimed that Tinubu’s presidency could manage our diversity the best given his remarkable success as Lagos State Governor, when he assembled a powerful team of individuals from various regions of the nation to convert the state into the strongest economy in the sub-region.

Asiwaju’s victory in the primary election, according to Ganduje, gave the party optimism and encouragement that it would likely win the 2023 election.

The governor also expressed gratitude to President Muhammadu Buhari for establishing the conducive climate for the primary’s conduct, as well as to the APC, its governors, and the other candidates who had indicated their willingness to collaborate with Asiwaju for the party’s triumph.

He expressed his gratitude for the coalition’s recognition and pledged to put in more effort to make Asiwaju’s presidential campaign a success.

Dr. Doyin Johnson, the coalition’s convener and global director-general, had earlier stated that Governor Ganduje received the prize as a “thank you” for the crucial part he played in the actualization of the Asiwaju presidency.

He tasked the governor with continuing to use his sharp intellect and effective mobilization skills to achieve the electoral victory of the APC’s presidential candidate.

Hope Uzodimma, the governor of Imo State, who was also speaking and was a member of the delegation, urged the governor, whom he praised as a man of honor, to further develop plans for winning the secondary election in 2023.
