Late Wakili
THE Nigerian Senate is in mourning mood following the passing on of its Chairman of the committee on Poverty Alleviation, Senator Malam Ali Wakili.
Information reaching us said Wakili represented Bauchi South senatorial District in the National Assembly; he died at the age of 58.
His death was confirmed in a tweet by the Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki, who expressed sadness at the news of the demise of his friend and colleague.
