PICTORIAL: Peter Obi Arrives Polling Unit, Expresses Optimism Over Victory

Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s nominee for president, has voiced confidence as voting begins.
On Saturday, Obi gave a brief interview to reporters at his voting location, PU 019, Umudimakasi Square, Agulu, Anambra State.

The presidential contender believes that if the poll is conducted in a free, fair, and credible environment, he would win.
Obi, whose parents were entrepreneurs, was born on July 19, 1961, in Onitsha.
He is a businessman whose priorities also include banking and other investments. Before to attending University of Nigeria, Nsukka to complete his degree, he attended Christ the King College in Onitsha.
Obi has continued to be a humanitarian and silent giver who is blind to religion and partisanship. He devotes more time to improving education. He has a wife and kids.
