There is no better way to explain what happened today at the Nigerian Institute of Journalism than a cultural extravaganza.
It was Day 2 of the students’ week prgoramme and it was obvious that many of the students, despite being in school, were still in town with home.
They turned up in their cultural attires that not only reminded one fondly of pleasant lifestyles in native communities, but that also tickled the appetite.
In fact, as early as 7am, many of them had begun to mass around, armed with their fashion accessories that included unique head gear, neck wears as well as arm bands.
Here, we serve what could pass as the teasers to a well-spent cultural day. Expect more as the days roll by.
