Officiating minister, of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG), Pastor Dele Rabiu, admonished the couple to remember that they were no longer two but one, and that they learn to do things together.

Using various scriptural references, he admonished them against predicating the union on tradition, but after God, who Himself ordained marriage.

He explained that in addition to making God the centre of their relationship, the couple should prioritise each other’s welfare and well-being.
