Real Madrid Contact Brighton’s De Zerbi Over Becoming Next Manager 

Roberto De Zerbi, the manager of Brighton, has reportedly been approached by Real Madrid to take over as their next manager in place of Carlo Ancelotti.

Sport reports that De Zerbi is viewed by Los Blancos as Ancelotti’s possible replacement. Ancelotti is expected to join the Brazilian national team in the summer. Much attention has been paid to De Zerbi’s revolutionary work at Brighton, where he turned them into gigantic killers and top-six contenders.

According to reports, preliminary talks have occurred, and Madrid thinks De Zerbi is prepared for the next phase of his career. The manager’s remarkable history of identifying and fostering young talent fuels the curiosity. With a roster that includes several elite young players like Vinicius Jr., Rodrygo, Eduardo Camavinga, Aurelien Tchouaméni, Jude Bellingham, and Arda Guler, the Spanish powerhouses have confidence in De Zerbi’s ability to develop these future stars.

Pep Guardiola, the manager of Manchester City, declared earlier in the season that he was a fan of De Zerbi and that the 44-year-old had the potential to succeed him at the Etihad. Even yet, the Spaniard acknowledged that he attempts to emulate De Zerbi’s strategies and picks up tips from them.
