TikTok Controversy: Real Madrid, Saudi Clubs Eye Move For Osimhen In January
Real Madrid and Saudi Pro League clubs are interested in signing Victor Osimhen if the player leaves Napoli in January amid TikTok video controversy.
Osimhen and Napoli are currently the subject of controversy after the club posted a video on TikTok of Osimhen missing his penalty against Bologna with the caption, “Gimme penalty please.” The player’s representative threatened legal action against the club despite the fact that the club quickly erased the footage. Additionally, the player deleted all reference of Napoli from his Instagram account, a blatant sign that his relationship with the team has soured.

The Daily Mail reports that many Saudi Pro League clubs, including Real Madrid, have expressed interest in signing the prolific goal scorer in January since Osimhen is now expected to leave the club during the upcoming transfer window. Chelsea is keeping an eye on the situation, but they might not be able to afford the striker’s high salary.
It is still unclear who team the striker would sign with if he decides to leave the Gli Azzurri in January.
