2023: Gbenga Daniel, Segun Osoba Drums Support For Ogun Gov (Photos)

Otunba Gbenga Daniel and Aremo Segun Osoba, both former governors of Ogun State, urged disgruntled APC members in the state over the weekend to put their differences aside and strive to advance the party’s electoral victory.

 

They talked during the unveiling of the Campaign Secretariat and Campaign Council and the inaugural ceremony.

Osoba, who also serves as the Campaign Council’s Grand Patron, expressed his tremendous happiness with the accomplishments made in the state by Governor Dapo Abiodun during the past three and a half years.

 

According to him, “The 2023 general elections begin on Monday with the distribution of Permanent Voters’ Cards, PVCs, by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.

“Therefore, all party faithful should mobilise people, who are yet to collect their PVCs, to go out and collect their PVCs so that they can vote during the elections.”

He expressed disappointment that the South West region has the most uncollected PVCs nationwide.

In a separate speech, Otunba Daniel urged the crowd to unite and strive for the success of the party in the upcoming elections, comparing Governor Abiodun to a skilled chess player who could bring people of many political viewpoints together.
