Barcelona To Battle It Out With Milan For Arsenal Starlet

Gabriel Martinelli, an Arsenal striker, is being watched by Barcelona at the World Cup.

Sport reports that Barcelona is watching Martinelli in Qatar since they are aware that his contract is about to expire after 18 months.

Barcelona has in fact had a long-standing interest in the striker.

In 2023, Barcelona might make a significant attempt to sign Martinelli if he chooses not to renew his contract with Arsenal.

The 21-year-old is also attracting interest from Chelsea and PSG.

Gabriel Martinelli, a winger for Arsenal and Brazil, has also drawn interest from AC Milan, according to Calciomercatoweb.

Martinelli has excelled for Arsenal this season, contributing to the Gunners’ top-of-the-table finish with 5 goals and 2 assists in 14 league appearances.

However, his contract expires in 2024, and because there is currently no plan to extend it, AC Milan see him as the best replacement for Rafael Leo.
