Air Peace Makes Special Announcement For Travellers This Period

In Nigeria, air travel is a significant source of transportation for people, products, and services, at every point in time.

This season, being a yuletide period, flight rates and movements in Nigeria are expected to hike as is a custom.

In a bid to prepare their customers on what to expect, the management of Air Peace announced possible flight delays as a result of the scarcity of aviation fuel popularly known as Jet A1.

The airline disclosed this in a statement via its official Instagram handle obtained by The Eagle.

The statement reads, “Please anticipate delays on our service as we are grappling with fuel scarcity, which is causing us multiple delays.

“We hope the situation will restore to normal soon. We regret the impact of this on your plans.”

Reactions have since trailed on Instagram, with many expressing their displeasure, and others making hilarious remarks about the announcement.

A company that cannot solve its operational problems without putting customers in harms way. That is how Dubai government banned their operations yet they kept posting Dubai flight schedules on their website and kept on collecting air fares from passengers. Then to refund the money becomes a big nightmare. I don’t know what business model they’re operating with.”
