An Awareness Of The Event
Towards the finals of the Champions League, the DDPRO Communications has come up with an event with the aim of bringing together football lovers irrespective of the clubs they belong to and show love with one another.
The event tagged, Show Your Logo, will hold at the Nigerian Institute of Journalism, Ogba on May 26 (Saturday).
According to its founder, Sam Paul, in an interview, the event is aimed at bringing football lovers together irrespective of their choice of clubs to enjoy the Champions League finals together.
“Most times I wonder how a single day of football event could become the best event in terms of entertaining football followers”
On what brought about this idea, Paul said “This was what gave birth to Show Your Logo. Everyday I see football fans standing by the road side risking their lives just to take a glimpse at an ongoing match. Therefore, I think of correcting this through organising this event.
“Though it will be for a day, but for that period, the road will be free of these people risking their lives”
He, however added that sponsorship are welcome towards achieving this wonderful event and to bring glory to the Nigerian sports entirely.
“We still need sponsors to help with this event as it promises to be great and accommodating, also there will be special side attraction of various kind in course of this event,” He said
