Complaint About Noise Pollution From a Church In Ogudu GRA
I write to complain about the unbearable noise originating from a church, Liberty Christian Ministry beside my house in Ogudu Government Reservation Area (GRA), Ogudu, Lagos State.
Every day of the week, the church organises one form of programme or another and at each service, plays loud music and pray for a very long time costing me the opportunity to study and sometimes to have a good sleep.
While I am not against anyone practicing their chosen religion, I am totally against the disturbance and inconvenience created by the church as a result of the noise emanating from its premises during church service.
The church flouted every rule and regulations put out by the management of the Ogudu Residents Association, and all efforts to get them to relocate have proved abortive.
To make matter worse, is that any time they have vigil, different strange faces come into the estate at late hours, posing a security risk for residents of the community.
I am writing this letter to you so that you help us publish it in your medium and possibly help escalate our concerns to the right authorities.
