Day Coming When The Poor Will Rise Against Rich Nigerians –Prophet

Day is coming in Nigeria when the poor will rise up against the rich beyond what happened during the recent #AntiSARS protests in the country.
This was the reiteration of Prophet Israel Ogundipe, who is the shepherd in charge of the Celestial Church of Christ, Genesis Global Parish, Lagos.
The prophet who made the submission while responding to a question by a Punch reporter, added that a revelation he had indicates that may more shocking revelations would be made concerning the selfishness of political office holders from now till the end of the year.

His words: What happened –#EndSARS protest -was just an eye-opener. Another one is coming.
“I had a revelation that between now and December 2020, so many secrets will be revealed; many looters will be exposed.
“These will provide an opportunity for the youths to strike because hungry people are angry people and angry people are deadly people.
“I have been there and I know what it means.
“When I was young and saw people eating bread, I felt like taking half of the bread.

Underscoring the fact there was hunger in the land, the prophet affirmed that some of those who took cartons of noodles away might not have been able to buy one pack of noodles for themselves since the beginning of the year.
Prophet Ogundipe said as a result, such people would come back once they finish the ones they had carried away during the chaos.
“The way they will strike will even be worse and they won’t mind dying for food. As a prophet of God, I speak the mind of God without fear or favour. Months back, in one of my telecasts, I stated this emphatically. The nation is tensed by poverty; that’s not the mind of God and wherever injustice prevails, unrest is sure”.
On the widespread criticisms of men of God for preaching prosperity messages, Prophet Ogundipe said such criticisms were ill-advised.

According to him, “We are in perilous times, indeed, whereby men of God are criticised unjustly. Prosperity is a teaching of hope for the hopeless. There’s no magic to it. Jesus Christ was a rich man,

“indeed. For every incident of reproach and lack, he got provision. As a matter of fact, prosperity is a mandate of every believer of Christ. Read Isaiah 60:16. It’s a command for us to be favoured”, Prophet Odundip said.
