Students of the Nigerian institute of journalism are beginning to oppose the usual way their SRC president has always been chosen.
In the previous years the class Governor of the HND1 class automatically becomes the SRC president when he gets to HND2.
But, the present HND1 students are beginning to oppose this idea. This is because the governship election they did in their class had some hitch which was as a result of some old students feeding the new students with bad information about the present Governor of their class.
The current SRC President is still putting it into consideration.
